Our field services are supported by a full logistics supply chain service which provides a robust infrastructure across the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Our Technical Services Division has integrated access to central warehousing, field stocking locations and manned PUDOs; all managed and tracked by our in-house stock and inventory managements system.
This network is supplemented by our technical repair and filtration centre, which repairs and screens a wide range of returned equipment and spares.
Complete’s smart hands services team have the knowledge and experience to provide a managed service for a full range of ICT and technology equipment. Whether you have an issue that can be resolved remotely through technical instruction, or an issue that requires an engineer or technician on-site, our personnel will assist you until the problem is fixed.
Our team provides assistance and guidance at all levels and our stock locations are supported by our own closed-loop logistics service, which enables us to provide a fixed 4-, 6 -or 8-hour response time across our entire coverage map.
